Beginner
rigid heddle weaving

A handwoven sample shading from cream through teal into dusty pink, finished with a long grey-green fringe.

Five hours, including lunch. You warp your own loom — about two and a half hours of it — then weave, hem stitch, and finish your piece properly.

Everyone's loom is warped to the same length, and Liz works around the room while Daniel sorts out the tangles.

Taught at Gaspereau Valley Fibres in the Gaspereau Valley.

Dates go up on the shop's classes page. Call the shop to be added to the sign-up queue.
